Wow ! Had to make a google account just to leave a review. I am blown away by the service I received from Dazzle start to finish. Keira the receptionist was friendly and sweet every step of the way, she gave me a great discount for my cleaning and called me before and after my appointment to make sure everything went well. The guys were great, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Top notch work all around, I;ll be recommending Dazzle to all of my friends and family. Keira, keep being your friendly charming self, it goes a long way ;)

I had the Dazzle come in to have our carpet cleaned prior to the arrival of our newborn. It was a very last minute decision and initially, I was hesitant about cleaning the carpet as I remembered it would usually leave a strong chemical smell and I had to ventilate the whole house for at least a couple days. We are a family of two young toddlers and a newborn on the way and I was not sure if I wanted to risk having the wet and chemical soaked carpet only a couple weeks before my due date. But I realized I worried for nothing. I was able to get an appointment promptly and get the work done in a matter of a few days. Rob and his assistant did a fantastic job! There was absolutely no need for me to worry about the smell or ventilation as there was none and the carpet were spotlessly clean. They convinced me that I could have a clean, if not cleaner, carpet without having to use strong chemical filled products. I would highly recommend to anybody but especially, for families with young children like ours who can appreciate their plant based products that are safer to little ones. All in all, I am 120% satisfied with their work and would love to have them come back to clean our carpet in the future again!

We are extremely happy with the carpet cleaning and vinyl waxing job, Rob and his team from Dazzle has done for us in our office space. They were quick, efficient and more than accommodating to us for our needs. The outcome was fantastic! I would highly recommend and intend to use them again in the future.

Aiden professionally cleaned a couple of our large area rugs and our sofa. He was very nice, very professional, and did a great job! The most important thing to me was to use a company that used cleaning products safe for my baby and my two dogs, and that’s what this company uses. Not only that, but they’re eco-friendly. I was thinking there would still be some lingering smell from the cleaning solution, but I didn’t smell anything at all which made me feel confident my baby and pets wouldn’t be breathing anything toxic as promised. We will definitely be using Dazzle again :)

After my previous carpet cleaner retired, I found Dazzle by searching carpet cleaners on the internet. I feel lucky to have found such a fantastic company first try. Kiera is very organized setting up the appointment and reminders and making sure I knew when the technician was arriving. Rob and his assistant cleaned the carpets. Rob is a very informed and talented professional. He ensured an excellent clean of my carpets and care of my walls and corners. I am very impressed and will call Dazzle in the future. I am also happy to support a small, local business.

From start to finish, I am so impressed and pleased with Dazzle's Carpet Cleaning service. Kiera was kind and accommodating when booking the appointment and promptly followed up right until the technician arrived at our door. Mattias, the technician, was pleasant and thorough, and he took care to make sure our carpets were to our liking. The carpet dried quickly and was definitely clean afterwards! We have had different companies in over the years, but I think we are going to stick with Dazzle from now on.

I’ve used this company 2 times now and am very impressed. The office staff made sure to confirm scheduled appointment time a day before visit, and also on the day to tell me that a service agent was on his way. I was very pleased with this company. Not only was all communication friendly and very accommodating with scheduling, but the technician that came was extremely hard working, conscientious and did an excellent job. I will certainly use them again.
