Getting your carpets cleaned means that the rooms cleaning is happening in won’t be useable for a little while. Picking a day where there is not a lot going on inside your home is the most ideal. Move big furniture
It is best to clear the areas/ rooms as much as possible from objects/ furniture or anything in the way. Anything that could be at risk of damage we would recommend taking down or putting away in a safe area to best protect them in preparing for carpet cleaning. Any big furniture that can’t be moved is okay – our technicians will clean around or underneath as best as they can!
Vacuum
Vacuuming is important for preparing for carpet cleaning. To ensure that your carpets get the deepest clean possible – give your carpets a good vacuum clean before your technician arrives. This allows all the superficial particles like dirt and dust to be cleared from the carpet, so that the carpets are more prepared for their treatment and deep cleaning.

When our technicians arrive on-site they will do a pre-inspection walk through with you of all the areas of carpet that you are getting cleaned that day. They will assess with you any areas of concern you may have, and they will also walk you through the steps of their cleaning process. The technician then takes care of treating stains individually – as well as treating the entire carpet with a pre-treatment. Once this is done our technicians begin the cleaning process using high heat + pressure water extraction to deep clean your carpets. When they are finished they will do a post-inspection walk through with you of all the newly cleaned areas, to ensure that you are satisfied and address anything that may still be of concern with you.
After
After your technician has completed the cleaning – we recommend waiting until your carpets are completely dry before moving back in any furniture, to allow the carpet to dry in its natural state. Placing furniture on top of the carpet while it is still damp may lead to the structure of the carpet fibers being altered (depending on the type of carpet). Drying time can be anywhere between 4-6 hours – depending on the environment inside the house, and the weather outside.
