Tile and Carpet Cleaning Vancouver

I called on Monday to have my carpets cleaned. I was given an appointment for Wednesday between 10:00 and 12:00. 11:15 my buzzer went. A very nice young man ( Aiden ) came to my door. I was very impressed with him the moment he came in the door. He told me where he was going to start and finish. I had some very bad stains and he was able to get them all out. Dazzle Carpet Cleaning provided excellent service at very competitive prices. The technician they sent, Aidan, was punctual, professional and pleasant. He worked on stains until both he and I were satisfied they were removed. The products used were scent-free and dry within a couple of hours. I would definitely use Dazzle services again.

Dazzle came to do carpet cleaning in my apartment building which turned out incredible. Our building is very old and the carpets were very saturated. You can see the lightness in color now and they no longer smell. I also utilized them to clean my carpet, bar stools, and couch on the same day. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend! I noticed the Dazzle Carpet Cleaning van at my neighbours and gave them a call to see if they could clean my place too. Thankfully Bernard was able to make a switch and fit me in! Soon after, Aidan came to my door to assess what needed to be cleaned and I could see that he was enthusiastic about stain removal! Aidan is friendly and professional and did a great job carefully moving furniture around. He thoroughly cleaned my large sectional sofa, the living room carpet and even got the blueberry stain out of my kitchen chair! I highly recommend Aidan as he clearly has confidence in his own skills and demonstrates pride in his work. I am very happy with the results!

I had the Dazzle come in to have our carpet cleaned prior to the arrival of our newborn. It was a very last minute decision and initially, I was hesitant about cleaning the carpet as I remembered it would usually leave a strong chemical smell and I had to ventilate the whole house for at least a couple days. We are a family of two young toddlers and a newborn on the way and I was not sure if I wanted to risk having the wet and chemical soaked carpet only a couple weeks before my due date. But I realized I worried for nothing. I was able to get an appointment promptly and get the work done in a matter of a few days. Rob and his assistant did a fantastic job! There was absolutely no need for me to worry about the smell or ventilation as there was none and the carpet were spotlessly clean. They convinced me that I could have a clean, if not cleaner, carpet without having to use strong chemical filled products. I would highly recommend to anybody but especially, for families with young children like ours who can appreciate their plant based products that are safer to little ones. All in all, I am 120% satisfied with their work and would love to have them come back to clean our carpet in the future again!

My carpets looks brand new! The service was amazing, the people were very polite , the price is complete amazing too! They didnt manage to take out one stain but it almost faded , so I easily removed it with vinegar and it was gone . I feel like I would have to deal with it more difficult if they hadn't remove the stain as much as possible! I always had trouble finding someone who can clean my carpets, but I finally found one that I can trust!

Dazzle was one of the few places I called looking to have my sofa cleaned. In the end, I chose this company simply because the person over the phone was polite and professional. Aiden was the technician that arrived at my home, and not only did he get the nasty stains out of my sofa, but he gave me cleaning related knowledge that I was unaware of.
