West Van Professional Carpet Cleaning

I called on Monday to have my carpets cleaned. I was given an appointment for Wednesday between 10:00 and 12:00. 11:15 my buzzer went. A very nice young man ( Aiden ) came to my door. I was very impressed with him the moment he came in the door. He told me where he was going to start and finish. I had some very bad stains and he was able to get them all out. The price quoted to me was spot on, there were no hidden fees. You don't need to look any further just book now with Dazzle. Rita Robinson

We had our carpet cleaned by them when my baby is three months old. They use plant based solution so it’s baby and pets friendly. Carpet got cleaned very well except one spot was stained with oil which came back to the surface after couple days which was exactly what they told us what might happen since it’s oil. Other than that, the carpet looks fresh and clean and they were able to remove couple of tough stains left by our dog. Will definitely use them again!

Dazzle Carpet Cleaning provided excellent service at very competitive prices. The technician they sent, Aidan, was punctual, professional and pleasant. He worked on stains until both he and I were satisfied they were removed. The products used were scent-free and dry within a couple of hours. I would definitely use Dazzle services again.

I noticed the Dazzle Carpet Cleaning van at my neighbours and gave them a call to see if they could clean my place too. Thankfully Bernard was able to make a switch and fit me in! Soon after, Aidan came to my door to assess what needed to be cleaned and I could see that he was enthusiastic about stain removal! Aidan is friendly and professional and did a great job carefully moving furniture around. He thoroughly cleaned my large sectional sofa, the living room carpet and even got the blueberry stain out of my kitchen chair! I highly recommend Aidan as he clearly has confidence in his own skills and demonstrates pride in his work. I am very happy with the results!

Aiden professionally cleaned a couple of our large area rugs and our sofa. He was very nice, very professional, and did a great job! The most important thing to me was to use a company that used cleaning products safe for my baby and my two dogs, and that’s what this company uses. Not only that, but they’re eco-friendly. I was thinking there would still be some lingering smell from the cleaning solution, but I didn’t smell anything at all which made me feel confident my baby and pets wouldn’t be breathing anything toxic as promised. We will definitely be using Dazzle again :)

I’ve used this company 2 times now and am very impressed. The office staff made sure to confirm scheduled appointment time a day before visit, and also on the day to tell me that a service agent was on his way. When the Dazzle Carpet service agent arrived he was very professional, polite and got to work right away. I was very satisfied with the quality of work. I will always use this company going forward. I recently had Dazzle clean my parents carpet after my dogs had multiple accidents in their home. They did an amazing job removing the pet stains and their customer service skills went beyond my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable about carpets and area rugs, and at they end of their service, they gave my mother a sachet filled with cleaning and stain removing goodies to help maintain the wonderful job they did cleaning their carpets. I highly recommended going with Dazzle, if they can clean the mess my dogs made on my parents white carpets, they can clean anything.

Dazzle came to do carpet cleaning in my apartment building which turned out incredible. Our building is very old and the carpets were very saturated. You can see the lightness in color now and they no longer smell. I also utilized them to clean my carpet, bar stools, and couch on the same day. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable

Aiden was on time, polite, and very professional. Our kid drew on the carpet and spilled milk on it which we all thought wasn’t gonna go away, but Aiden made it look new. Would totally recommend
