Done properly, the first time
Pet urine soaks past the carpet fibres into the backing and sometimes the underpad. Surface sprays only mask it. We find the spots, apply an enzyme pre-treatment that breaks down the urine, then flush and extract it with truck-mounted hot water, which has far more suction than a rental machine.
Most pet homes book the whole room or the whole couch, not just the spot, because the smell spreads further than the stain. Pricing is $90 an area (a room, a sofa seat, a large rug), with a $210 minimum and the current promo on bigger jobs. If a spot has gone through to the underpad, your technician shows you before doing anything extra.
Before we arrive: blot fresh accidents with a white towel and cool water, and skip vinegar, bleach or scented sprays. They can set the stain or make it harder to treat.

Will the smell come back?
Not if the source is treated. Smells come back when urine is left in the backing or underpad. We treat it there and rinse it out. Very old or repeated accidents that soaked the underpad may need more, and we’ll tell you before we start.
Is it safe for my dog or cat?
Yes. We offer plant-based solutions and rinse everything out with hot water. Keep pets off the carpet until it’s dry, usually 3 to 6 hours.
Can you get pet urine out of a couch?
Usually, yes. The cushion and the fabric get the same enzyme treatment and extraction. Send a photo of the fabric tag when you book.
What does it cost?
$90 an area, the same as a regular clean, with a $210 minimum that covers up to 3 areas. A single spot is the $125 emergency spot clean. Pick your rooms or sofa seats in the booking form and you’ll see the price right away.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
We walk through the job with you before we start and again when we’re done. If anything isn’t right, we fix it on the spot or come back. If we still can’t make it right, you get a full refund.
